We have a minimum order of $100 and you need to send your resale certificate if you are placing your order first time.
In case of soap stone and sand stone there may be difference of color and pattern from photograph shown on web store.
We reserve the right to revise the prices of products without prerior notice .
Faulty Products
- Please contact us by email shuruaatwholesale@yahoo.com to inform us of your wish to return damaged products within 2 business days of receiving the products.
- We will send you address to return the piece with original packing .
- We will make the refund within 30 days or earlier once we have inspected the returned item and are satisfied that it has been returned to us in the condition it was in when delivered to you.
- You will only have to pay for the return postage of the products, which must be by registered post.
- You will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us
Shipping Estimate
Shuruaat is always committed to fast and accurate delivery of your order. Because of the nature of our products we will not be able to provide you any shipping estimate. To provide you shipping estimate we have to prepare order completely that takes a lot of efforts and time and if you do not go ahead with your order after getting shipping estimate we have to unpack everything and put it at it’s place this again takes time and efforts .
As we do not charge any handling fee and we charge shipping as per actual we are not left with that much margin to digest all these expanses with out sending your order. So please do not ask for shipping estimate.
The best way is to place small order and test shipping yourself before placing a large order.
Shipping
We work with our clients to minimize shipping charges. We charge shipping as per actual and transfer the discount, if any to our customer.
We will ship all orders through FEDEX unless specified otherwise.
We can use your FEDEX account to ship your order. Please provide the same in the comments section when placing an order. Also if you want your order to be shipped through USPS, please specify the same in the comments section.
Canadian customer can also request for usps shipping. Please specify if you will need tracking# for such orders
Payment Options - Paypal, Visa, Master Card
Please read carefully since the way you would enter your payment information with us has changed. It's much easier and secure with PayPal now. We will accept Paypal, Visa and Master Card payment.
After receiving your order we will send you an email with payment request. Cick on the link proovided in the email and you will see PayPal Secure payment screen. Here you can choose between options for payment using your paypal account or payment using your credit card. For payment using your credit card click on "Use your credit card or bank account (where available).
NOTE- Please note that you will receice two invoices since shipping will be charged separately as we will only know shipping once the order is processed and shipped. We will send you payment request for shipping separately. When you (customer) place the order with us you agree to pay for the shipping charges. |
