If you
order any product under coming up category we will treat that order as advance
booking and after we have these products in our warehouse we will call you to
confirm if you still want to go ahead with your order and only after your
confirmation we will ship goods.
In case of soap stone and sand stone
there may be difference of color and pattern from photograph shown on web
store.
The prices offered for products under sale are only valid till our
stock lasts. Order placed after that will be treated as fresh order and will be
charged accordingly.
We pack every item as carefully as possible, but
occasionally something may arrive damaged. If that happens, please retain all
original packing material. All damages , shortages, or problems with your order
must be reported to us within 15 business days.Customers will be liable for
shipping charges on all returned /refused orders .
If you are a retailer
and want to order less then $100 for sample then you can do so for your first
order.In that case you have to pay a handling charges of $10 .We do not charge
any handling charges for order above $100.

Shipping
We work with our clients to minimize shipping charges. Because of
the nature of our products, shipping can not be calculated until your order has
been packed. We charge shipping as per actual and transfer the discount we get
to our customer.
If you pay from paypal, a seperate invoice will be
generated for shipping and will be send to you by paypal for payment. When
placing an order you agree to pay for the shipping charges.
In case of
credit card payment shipping will be charged along with the rest of the order
ammount. We will charge credit card before we ship the products.
We will
ship all orders through UPS groud unless specified otherwise. We can use your
UPS account to ship your order. Please provide the same in the comments section
when placing an order. Also if you want your order to be shipped through USPS, please
specify the same in the comments section.
Canadian customer can also
request for usps shipping. Please specify if you will need tracking# for such
orders.
